Class Information 

​​Pre-school (age 3-4) 

The goal of this of this class is to introduce coordination and socialization. Children will be introduced to beam, floor, and bars and will learn basic skills such as handstands and forward rolls. Children will also work through obstacle courses, participate in tumble track, and jump on the trampoline. 
​Duration: 45 minutes

​Beginner (age 4-6)

This class is geared towards teaching proper form and technique in gymnastics. It builds a foundation of strength and coordination which is essential for any sport. Kids will learn the basics of a handstand, cartwheel, forward and backward rolls. This class will consist of bars, beam, floor, tumble track, and trampoline.  
​Duration: 1 hour 

Advanced Beginner (age 5-7)

This class is for gymnasts who have a good foundation of gymnastics but still have a few skills to work on for intermediate. It continues to build onto strength and coordination. Kids will master the basics of a handstand, cartwheel, forward and backward rolls. Gymnasts will participate in all four events: bars, vault, beam, and floor. 
​Duration: 75 minutes

Intermediate (age 6-10)

The Intermediate gymnastics class is for gymnasts who have an understanding of the beginner skills and are ready to master new skills. In this class, the focus is mastery of the handstand, cartwheel, both forward and backward rolls and the bridge kick over. New skills will be introduced such as the back bend, back hip circle, round off, and forward roll on the vault. 
Duration: 90 minutes

Advanced Intermediate (age 6-12)

This class is focused on proper form and mastering skills learned in the Intermediate class. Gymnasts will be introduced to new skills such as front and back limbers, back handsprings, and handstand flatbacks on the vault. The time allotted allows for coaches to work on conditioning to improve gymnasts strength for their skills. Evaluation is required before enrolling in this class. 
​Duration: 2 hours 

Intro to Gymnastics 10+ (age 10-16)

The Intro 10+ is a class for beginner gymnasts over the age of 10. This allows for girls who are starting later in their career to learn the basic skills required for the sport. This class has passionate gymnasts who are driven to learn new skills each week. This is a great opportunity to build strength and coordination. 
​Duration: 90 minutes

Middle School/High School (age 11-18)

The Middle School/High School class is for gymnasts who want to keep up their skills for their middle and high school gymnastics season and learn some new skills. It is once a week and gymnasts will be coached on all four events: floor, beam, vault, and bars. 
Duration: 2 hours 

Boys Strength & Tumbling (age 6-10)

The Boys Strength & Tumbling class offers kids an energy outlet in a controlled class environment. Kids will participate in the bars, trampoline, floor, and tumble track. This class will benefit any future athletic endeavors by working on strength, balance, and endurance.
