All American Gymnastics is the largest and one of the most successful XCEL gyms in the area.  Our focus is fun and success within our program.  Our goal is to try to help reach all of your child's gymnastic goals while developing positive values and life long memories.  We don't consider it a team but a family!!!

XCEL PROGRAM is an alternative USA Gymnastics competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of XCEL is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience.

XCEL Divisions:

• There are six divisions of XCEL: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire.
• Gymnasts who have no previous competitive experience may enter at Bronze, Silver or Gold, at their coach’s discretion.
• With XCEL you have more freedom to cater to your individual skill set and it is more affordable.

​Meets: 
Unlike other gyms our meet selection is large, offering multiple opportunities to compete and showcase your skills.  As parents you also have more flexibility of picking which meets you would like your child to attend,  including the USAG State Meet at the end for the season.  Most gyms have a fixed meet schedule with all payments up front.

Competitive Gymnastics

Is your child ready to take her gymnastics skills to the next level? Join one of the best USAG XCEL teams in the area! We have girls from Richmond, Ashland, Henrico, and King William our team. Come to practice in an advanced facility with highly trained USAG certified world class coaches. The team placement requires a yearly commitment with flexibility to attend 1-5 practices each week, as well as participating in as many or as few local and regional meets as you  find suitable for your family. We are more than a team, we are the All American Gymnastics family!
